This Chenin Blanc is picked late, after all the challenging weather we experienced in 2023. The wine was barrel fermented and aged on Lees for one year. I racked the wine into my Egg tank for further aging for six months.

The wine finished with residual sugar to help with balance.

Tasting Notes:
Lovely layers of apple and citrus with exotic tropical notes on the nose. The palate is rich and ripe, red apple and lemon, this wine has good tension and texture from the Lees and oak and balance.

Best served temp 12c –14c.
